DOT Compliance and Safety Training– This one day course focuses on 49 CFR Parts 383-396.  With a strong emphasis on Driver Qualification Files, Safety Ratings (including a brief overview of Hours of Service), CDL requirements, and Driver Medical Cards.  This is a great for those preparing for a DOT New Entrant Audit or DOT Safety Audit.

Hours of Service, Driver Logs, & ELDs – This half day course focuses on 49 CFR Part 395, Hours of Service.  This class will go over all the rules, regulations, exceptions, and exemptions.  You will learn how to properly complete and audit a paper log.  This class will also explain the ELD mandate.

Staying Legal – MCS150, UCR, IFTA/IRP, and more – This half day course focuses on forms and taxes registered DOT users must file in order to stay in compliance with FMCSA and NCDOT.

OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting – This half day course focuses on OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.  This will explain the OSHA 300 log and what is recordable versus what is reportable.

Controlled Substance & Alcohol Training – This half day course covers 49 CFR Part 382 and Part 40 with a detailed review of the DOT regulations on Drug and Alcohol Testing.  This course will also satisfy the DOT’s mandatory supervisor training for Alcohol and Controlled Substances.

CDLs – This course covers 49 CFR part 383 with a detailed review of CDL holder requirements.  This explains who must have a CDL, standards for CDL holders, Medical Cards, and Motor Vehicle Records.

IFTA/IRP/2290/Motor Fuels – Tax and Refunds – This course covers IFTA and IRP requirements.  This course will walk you through how to complete IFTA quarterly tax filings, how to request/renew IRP license plates, 2290 Heavy Highway Tax filings, and Motor Fuel Off Road Diesel tax refunds.

DOT Recordkeeping & Audits – This course covers the required recordkeeping for DOT files and audit requirements.

HACCP – This online course covers certification in HACCP – Food Safety

Food Safety Compliance – This course focuses on Food Safety Compliance tailored to your individual scheme.  This is great for those preparing for an initial GFSi audit, NOP audit, or recertification audit.
